The obturator tip is blunt and rounded to gently push the tissue apart during penetration to avoid damaging the abdominal wall.
The trocar has an adjustable conical sleeve and suture-holding arms for fixation.
The suture is twined and fastened to the suture-holding arms to make the cannula settled on the abdominal wall.
▌Main Characters:
1. The Hasson technique uses a special blunt trocar-cannula that includes a blunt trocar, a cannula with an adjustable conical sleeve, and suture-holding arms for fixation.
2. The adjustable cone suture post has suture holders on both sides. Suture is wrapped and secured to the cone suture post, which makes the cannula secured to the abdominal wall.
