Main Features of SurgSci Laparoscopic Bladed Trocar
The Quickpass bladed trocar has been designed with an ergonomic obturator which fits the user's palm better, making it more comfortable to hold and puncture.
The trocar also has a 45 degree bevel-cut tunnel head, providing easy specimen removal and increased maneuverability.
The blade is securely released or retracted using a button. In 'safe mode', the blade is detained in the shield, while in 'puncture mode', it is pushed out when puncturing and then retracted into the shield after to prevent injuries to organs.
The blade design is unique, with shields on both sides to prevent it from abrasion before insertion, and it automatically retracts into the shield once it has entered the peritoneum for safety purposes.
The thread cannula is designed with an inverted tooth structure to ensure the trocar remains firmly fixed on the abdominal wall during the operation.
A durable layer sealing structure guarantees that there is no air leakage. The finger rests are designed to fit the finger's concave shape for easy rotation of the trocar during puncture.
