Special Cannula for Hasson Trocar
The blunt trocar-cannula is specially designed for Hasson technique. It consists of a blunt trocar, a cannula with an adjustable conical sleeve, and suture-holding arms for fixation.
Adjustable Cone Suture Post
The adjustable cone suture post has suture holders on both sides. Suture is wrapped and secured to cone suture post. It makes the cannula secured to the abdominal wall.
Blunt Insertion Tip
The blunt, rounded obturator tip gently pushes the tissue away. It helps to avoid damaging the abdominal wall during penetration. It is suitable for secondary puncture use.
Olive-Shaped Handle
A special advantage of the blunt obturator tip disposable Hasson trocar is that it has an olive-shaped handle on the obturator. The handle allows for controlled force application during rotation and introduction.
1. Using hasson technique, the blunt trocar cannula is designed. Hassonpass consists of a blunt-tip trocar, an adjustable conical sleeve cannula and suture- holding arms to provide better fixation.
2. The suture holders are on both sides of the cone suture post. Suture can be wrapped and secured to the post and make the cannula better fixed on the abdominal wall.
