Bladed Trocars are passed through the abdominal wall and then facilitate the access for the camera and laparoscopic instruments. If needed, the CO2 can be infused through the valve.

Secure button release=Safe mode. Blade will be detained in shield.
Secure button pressed=puncture mode. Blade will be pushed out when puncturing and retracted into shield after that to prevent injuries to organs.

Thread cannula is designed with inverted tooth structure to ensure the trocar is firmly fixed on the abdominal wall during operation.
