On August 19-20, 2022, Surgsci held an annual marketing communication and semi-annual summary meeting. About 30 members of the marketing department from all over the country came to the Shenzhen headquarters for a two-day meeting.
The main purpose of this meeting is to enhance the awareness and understanding among team members, increase the interaction between members of various marketing departments, promote learning and communication, and enhance team cohesion and centripetal force. During the meeting, sales representatives from all over the country visited the headquarters and factories of Surgsci, and jointly discussed the development plan. We also learned about the company's upcoming range of new products. The sales staff summarized the work content of the area in charge in the first half of the year, and made a reasonable plan for the work in the second half of the year.
The meeting was a complete success. Team members had a deeper understanding and communication with Surgsci and members of various departments. We hope that in the work in the second half of the year, we can see better performance of team members, promote Surgsci's products to more regions, and make our own contributions to the medical cause.
